Let’s talk about stress
A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstance.
It can be debt, finance, parents health, bills, tests, death in family, sickness, job, kinds and relationship.
Symptoms of stress : —
- Teeth grinding
- Muscle tension
- Skin Irritation
- Fatigue
- Anger
- Anxiety
- Headaches
It majorly causes people at professional work and they are :-
- Lack of social support.
- Work overloaded.
- Work Based conflicts.
- Unexpected changes.
- Lack of participation in decision making.
- Poor working condition or environment.
Dear stress, will you please give me a break? I also need to rest. My hands are shaking, head is aching and I am breaking. I want to smile and even keep it for a while.
So, how can I manage my stress?
→ Laugh it off !! According to a study, the average four-year-old laughs 300 times a day while the average adult laughs about 15 times a day.
→ Work it out !! Remove stress by the help of physical exercise. Incorporate regular exercise into your daily routine.
→ Eat it up !! Green will make your mind clean. Eat leaf green vegetables, almonds and low fat cottage cheese.
→ Breathe it out !! When your body is stressed, breath deeply, inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
It is estimated that 75–90% of all doctor visits are due to stress related complaints.
Take it seriously and reduce stress by using some other ways like meditation, communication, ( Strengthen social networks ), take a break, get enough sleep, home time management skills and ask for help.
=> Don’t stress it and just press it with your positive thought.
